Please complete and submit one executed (signed) copy of this agreement to apply for membership in International Alliance for Digital Game Education (IADGE).
会员期限：所有权利和特权将在申请通过后生效。未来不排除有收取会费的可能性。
Membership Term: All rights and privileges will take effect after the application is approved. The possibility of collecting membership fees will not be ruled out in the future.

通用条款与条件
General Terms & Conditions
(1) 经以下授权代表签字，申请人，包括其附属公司（定义见公司章程），同意受本协议条款，以及IADGE数字游戏教育国际联盟的公司注册证书、公司章程、反垄断指南和其他规则、政策或指南(“组织文件”)中规定的条款和条件的约束，适用于章程中规定的会员级别。组织文件的副本可在www.iadge.org上查阅组织。鼓励申请人在签署本协议之前审查这些材料。
By the signature of its authorized representative below, Applicant, including its Affiliates (as defined in Bylaws), agrees to be bound by the terms hereof, as well as the terms and conditions stated in the Certificate of Incorporation, Bylaws, the Antitrust Guidelines and other rules, policies or guidelines (the“Organizational Documents”) of International Alliance for Digital Game Education. (“IADGE”) as may apply to the Membership Levels stated in Bylaws. Copies of the Organizational Documents are available for review at www.iadge.org. Applicant is encouraged to review these materials prior to the execution of this Agreement.
(2) 任何成员协议对IADGE均无约束力。通过在下方签字，代表申请人签署本协议的个人保证，他或她拥有代表申请进入的实体签署本协议的所有必要权限。
No Membership Agreement is binding on IADGE. By signing below, the individual executing this Agreement on behalf of Applicant warrants that he or she has all requisite signing authority for and on behalf of the entity seeking entry.
(3) IADGE没有义务续签本会员协议，续签只能按照上述规定完成。
There is no duty on the part of IADGE to renew this Membership Agreement, and renewal may only be accomplished as set forth above.
(4) 本成员协议项下产生的或与之相关的任何索赔或争议均受加利福尼亚州内部实体法管辖，不考虑法律冲突原则。
Any claim or dispute arising under or relating to this Membership Agreement shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
